Getting There
Getting to Heritage Hotel Motel Dorrigo is easy.
Dorrigo is accessed by road from both the New England and Pacific Highways. Along the Pacific Highway, Dorrigo is 580km north of Sydney and 490 south of Brisbane.
Dorrigo is only 45 minutes drive inland from Coffs Harbour airport, railway station and coach stops.
Passenger pick-ups to Dorrigo can be arranged from these transport terminals.
Coming from the North
Travel 25kms south of Coffs Harbour. Exit the Pacific Highway
3kms north of Urunga (the highway exit passes under a large
overpass - Follow the signs that say "Bellingen" or "Dorrgio"). Join Waterfall Way. Travel straight through Bellingen, pass the War
Memorial on the left, pass the Lodge Cafe on the right. You will pass the Thora store on the right at
15kms. Proceed up 13km of winding mountain road through the spectacular rainforest of World Heritage Dorrigo National Park.
When you arrive in Dorrigo, locate the War Memorial in the
centre of town. The hotel is directly south west of the east-facing
Soldier.
Coming from the South
If traveling from the south, exit the Pacific Highway shortly
after Urunga. Follow the signs that say "Bellingen" or "Dorrgio". Join Waterfall Way. Travel west on The Waterfall Way for 30kms.
Travel straight through Bellingen, pass the War Memorial on
the left, pass the Lodge Cafe on the right. Leave the township.
You will pass the Thora store on the right at 15kms. Proceed

in Dorrigo, locate the War Memorial in the centre of town.

Coming from the West
From Armidale, travel north on the Waterfall Way through Ebor, stop over at Ebor Falls
and then continue north. Turn east before Hernani. Stay on this
road until you arrive in Dorrigo. Be aware of fog in the gullies
and sometimes high winds on the ridges on this section of
the drive. When you arrive in Dorrigo, locate the War Memorial
in the centre of town. The hotel is directly south west of
the east-facing Soldier.

pool, car repairs, doctor's surgery and much more. The 18 hole picturesque golf course is 4 km from the hotel.
Getting to Coffs Harbour Your public transport options
include a shoppers bus to Coffs Harbour every Monday, and also Thursdays during school holidays. Kean’s Bus Service runs 3 times a week from Tamworth to Armidale through Dorrigo and on to Port Macquarie.
